Vettesports is a Corvette organization that hosts autocross events in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

Event Details:
  • 60 Driver Entry Limit
  • Run Work Order to be decided at event
  • Anticipate 6+ Runs Total (last year was usually at least 8, max was 12)
  • Passengers are allowed as long as they are 16yrs or older, have a driver's license and have a helmet. 
  • Entrants are allowed to ride along on 5/23, 6/13, 8/8, 9/26 & 10/10 events, provided it is not their "work" group.
  • You need your own helmet.
  • Restrooms - port-a-pot
  • Food - not available on-site. 
    There is food available within 5 min drive east or west. 
    NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED.

Event Schedule:

8am-9am Registration
8am-9.30am Tech Inspection - ALL cars and helmets will be inspected... Please have your car cleaned out i.e. NO loose items, Helmet in Car, and your Numbers/Class on
9.45am Driver's Meeting
10.15am First Car Off
  3 runs AM
3 runs PM, more if time allows

 

The events are opportunities to enjoy your car in an autocross event, having a good time while maintaining safe standards is the main focus.  For 2010 there are no awards planned for each event, and classes are based on SCCA or master grouped Corvettes, take your pick!  The goal is to get out there and have a good, safe time.
